Barksdale, Coxe, and Devault are also honored in the Legal Elite Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame is a distinguished group of attorneys who have consistently earned high rankings from their peers in the annual Legal Elite voting. Only a handful of attorneys are inducted into this list each year.
Now in its 18th year, Florida Legal Elite presents the state’s top licensed and practicing attorneys selected by their peers. The prestigious list includes attorneys in private practice as well as top government and non-profit attorneys. To compile the list, Florida Trend invited all actively practicing Florida lawyers to name the attorneys that they hold in the highest regard—lawyers with whom they have personally worked and would recommend to others.
