Bedell was honored to attend the 2026 Florida Bar Convention, held June 17–20 in Orlando, where legal professionals from across Florida gathered for continuing education, professional development, and networking.
As part of the convention, Bedell was proud to sponsor the Judicial Luncheon. One of the convention’s signature events, the luncheon brings together members of Florida’s legal community to hear from judicial leaders and recognize outstanding service. During this year’s program, Chief Justice Carlos G. Muñiz emphasized the importance of Florida’s judicial system while thanking judges, court staff, and Florida Bar leaders for their dedication and service.
Bedell’s commitment to leadership and community impact within the legal profession spans generations. The firm is proud to have three former Florida Bar presidents, including George Bedell, John DeVault, and Hank Coxe. Bedell also has five past presidents of the Jacksonville Bar Association, including the outgoing president, Brian Coughlin. Beyond these leadership roles, Bedell’s attorneys remain active in organizations across the local, state, and federal levels.
