Sarah Niss received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and a law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Sarah previously worked as a SLIP Intern for the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division, Commercial Litigation Branch, and as a Judicial Intern for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Jacksonville. She joined the Bedell Firm in 2022 and specializes in civil litigation.
