Attorney Brian Coughlin, Director of the Bedell Firm, will participate in the Florida Bar’s virtual CLE event, “4193 ABC’s of Juvenile Delinquency, An Introduction to Delinquency for Criminal Practitioners.” Coughlin will join a panel of experts to help criminal practitioners better understand basic concepts of juvenile delinquency court. This CLE is free to all Criminal Law Section members.
Coughlin and his fellow panelists will discuss the differences between delinquency and adult criminal court, as well as how to apply these differences to handle juvenile cases.
