Ashley M. Myers

Ashley M. Myers, an accomplished and experienced marital and family law attorney, holds the distinction of being the first and only woman in Northeast Florida to be named Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.  Myers is the only attorney in Northeast Florida to be named Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers. Myers focuses on complex cases involving family law areas far beyond the dissolution of marriage. This includes parenting and time-sharing, relocation of minor children, equitable distribution, alimony, child support, paternity, and modification/enforcement of prior decrees, and more. She graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 1995 and has been board-certified as a specialist in marital and family law by The Florida Bar since 2003. After practicing in Tampa for many years, Myers returned to her hometown of Jacksonville, becoming an active and engaged member of Jacksonville’s legal and civic communities. She joined Bedell as a Director in 2025.
