William S. Weber

William S. Weber focuses his practice on business and employment litigation, representing companies and individuals across a wide range of industries in contract disputes, business litigation, enforcement of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and personal injury matters.

Will graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Florida in 2017 and magna cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2021, where he served as a Managing Editor of the Florida Law Review. While in law school, Will worked as a Summer Associate at Bedell in 2020. After graduating law school, Will served for two years as a federal law clerk to the Honorable Anne C. Conway, former Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Prior to joining Bedell full-time in February 2026, Will worked as a Labor and Employment Associate for BakerHostetler, one of the largest law firms in the country, with offices located in Orlando, Florida. 

In his free time, Will enjoys cycling, hiking, playing chess, and watching sports.
