Will is a litigation attorney who serves as a dedicated advocate to individuals and businesses in complex disputes. He assists clients when legal problems arise, providing practical guidance, developing strategies, pursuing negotiated resolutions, and representing clients in court.
Will has represented national and regional businesses in complex disputes in federal and state court. He also often serves as local counsel for businesses pursuing and defending actions in Florida state and federal courts, particularly the U.S. Middle District of Florida.
Will brings strong analytical skills to his work. He finished second in his law school class, served as a managing editor of the Florida Law Review, and clerked for former Chief Judge Anne C. Conway of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Prior to joining Bedell, Will practiced with a national law firm in Orlando, Florida.
