David Barksdale, Brian T. Coughlin, Henry M. Coxe III, John A. DeVault III, R. H. Farnell II, and Michael E. Lockamy are recognized in the 2020 edition of Florida Trend’s Legal Elite™. The winner list represents just over 1 percent of active Florida Bar members. Barksdale, Coxe, and DeVault are also honored in the Legal Elite Hall of Fame.
The prestigious list includes attorneys in private practice as well as top government and non-profit attorneys. To compile the list, Florida Trend invited all actively practicing Florida lawyers to name the attorneys that they hold in the highest regard–lawyers with whom they have personally worked and would recommend to others.
