Arbitration and Mediation

In today’s litigation environment, it is unusual for a case to proceed to trial without being mediated or arbitrated.  The firm has members who act as arbitrators in contested matters.  John A. DeVault, III and Charles P. Pillans, III are on the panel for commercial arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association and C. Warren Tripp, Jr. is on the panels for both commercial and construction litigation for the American Arbitration Association.  Members of the firm also serve as mediators in various contexts.
